Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Baltply.com website or placing any orders. This website is operated by MV Trading OÜ (business name: MV Trading OÜ, email: [email protected]).
Baltply.com is intended for use by business customers (B2B) only.
1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms of Service apply to all use of the Baltply.com website and any business transactions made through it.
1.2. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the site.

 2. Products and Services
2.1. Baltply.com provides information about and the ability to request offers or place orders for birch plywood and other wood-based materials sold by MV Trading OÜ.
2.2. All product listings, availability, and pricing on the site are indicative and subject to confirmation.
2.3. MV Trading OÜ reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

 3. Orders and Pricing
3.1. All orders are considered binding once confirmed by MV Trading OÜ in writing (e.g., by email).
3.2. Prices do not include VAT, delivery costs, or other applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
3.3. MV Trading OÜ reserves the right to correct pricing errors and update prices without prior notice.

 4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment terms are agreed individually with each business customer.
4.2. Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest and collection fees.

 5. Delivery and Risk
5.1. Delivery terms (e.g., EXW, DAP) are agreed upon per order.
5.2. Risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier or delivered to the agreed location.

 6. Warranty and Returns
6.1. MV Trading OÜ supplies products in accordance with agreed specifications.
6.2. Any claims regarding defects or delivery errors must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
6.3. Returns are only accepted if agreed in advance and must meet return criteria.

 7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. MV Trading OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
8.2. Any disputes shall be settled in Harju County Court, Estonia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
